SLT Success 😀

Just wanted to share some positive news after my SLT four weeks ago. Went for my check up today and my pressures were down to 7 & 8, my consultant was extremely pleased to say the least. Were in 20s to start, down to 15 & 16 following cataract ops and latanoprost for a short while, but no more drops for me just yet following the SLT. Great relief as I do have optic nerve damage as Glaucoma went undiagnosed for so long, but if my pressures can stay low I am optimistic for the future 😊.

Unfortunately slt hasn't been a roaring success for me. Have had it done twice now but don't want to rain on your parade. I'm pleased for you and it gives others hope. Take care x
