Poor you Jennymary, what an awful year you have had. We all get them sometimes - but you are a strong lady and you will get through this. Be kind to yourself and I hope you are getting the right help and support to aid your recovery. We will all miss you if you leave the forum so please reconsider, even if it means keeping quiet for a few months while you focus on getting better. Thinking of you and wishing you well xx

Sorry mrswaffle, my reply below was meant for jennymary, sorry must have put it in the wrong box! Anyway I do agree with your post about us all facing the same difficulties, some days being worse than others but this forum is certainly a great help xx
