Consistently High Strep antibodies - what does it mean?

I've been getting full blood tests for the last 4 years since getting sick (diplopia, dizziness and fatigue). Every year my ASO is off the charts as per below. The GP never pays any attention. Should I be concerned? Can it be related to my symptoms? Where do I go from here? Thank you!

AntistreptolysinO(ASO)512.6IU/ml

≤200Optimal>200High
