Do you have any mold or signs of water damage in your home or workplace? I had ongoing recurrent thrush exactly as you're describing while being unknowingly exposed. When I moved to a clean environment and started a low histamine diet it resolved and had no occurred again, thank God. The best and very successful remedy was adding organic essential tea tree oil into coconut oil and applying externally, I also put just a little right at the entrance.
