RLS and chemo

I forgot to mention in previous posts that I have Restless Leg Syndrome. I am concerned with the side effects of chemo being neuropathy! As I already have RLS is the chemo going to make it worse? If so, is there anything that they can give me? Oh boy, I'm feeling scared right about now. I see my Oncologist on 2/23 which is before I start the chemo and will ask her but just need some advice if any of you have gone through this. Thanks you.

Jo, thank you so much for the reply. Gosh there is so much to think about and get scared about. I just had the port inserted on Tuesday and chemo starts on 2/27. I'm glad to hear that you weren't bothered with neuropathy. Are you cancer free now? I hope you don't mind my asking these questions. I am trying to reach out to as many people as I can for information. Of course, I know that we are all different but I still want to hear the experiences. God Bless and again, thank you for responding. Jane
