This seems to be my reply to anyone who asks me how I'm feeling just now. Had a lovely weekend away with friends and had the foresight to take the day off work. I've spent pretty much the whole day in bed sleeping and in pain. I'm now thinking is it worth doing anything like this if I'm going to feel so bad afterwards?
