Just been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia any good tips on how to clean your teeth without setting the pain off

I have TMJ too and it is frsutrating. I do use all the sensitive toothpastes like sensodyne rapid... just something small that helps, as I get toothache after cleaning my teeth too. Good luck.
