Please can anyone help. I am newly diagnosed with TN and have been getting some symptoms that I havent seen mentioned anywhere else. Am starting to question my doctors diagnosis. In addition to the pain Im also getting nonstop tinnitus. All i can hear is like a fuzzy sound and a lazy eye Is this normal? Please help Im desperate

Have you had an MRI scan to try to confirm diagnosis?

I would look at the B12 result - needs to be around 1000.

A result UNDER 500 can result in neurological symptoms ...... TN and Tinnitus being just some of them - read the link above.
