I have a facial tremor that is so bad that my teeth chatter and I drool a lot. Does anyone else have this problem?

I Bad that at beggining and somtimes when i tired i Do also if feel Stress .hope helle i try relax music and now Do physio once week it week help i Know it get frustrate teeth end up hurt .take care

I have facial pain, numbness and tics. In the past 8 months drool at times. Seems the swallowing issues make the saliva build up in my mouth and then I drool...even at times when eating. I frequently bite my tongue as it does not move the way it did before. Also chewing is different. More side to side.
