New workshop coming up next this month and I cannot wait!
Our team has been obsessed with the sensory system, and especially the impact for people with zebra conditions (conditions like Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS), postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and Mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and other similar conditions.
So join me and Dr. Naoya Ogura (or zebra program director!) for this new workshop.

Who is this for?
This class is for people with EDS, POTS, and other related conditions, especially if you:
* Feel like you have intense brain fog when you’re flared up, and you’re not sure why.
* Are sensitive to noise, sounds, or touch, but don’t understand exactly why
* Want accessible tools to manage your symptoms
* * Want to do more than just survive while managing complex conditions
What will we do
➡️We’ll first talk about how the sensory system interacts with EDS/hypermobility & POTS/dysautonomia
➡️We’ll then break down + simplify EDS/POTS management with our favorite framework (and finally have an easier way to see through the chaos and know where to start!)
➡️We’ll finally talk about the support you need when navigating through the journey of these complex conditions
