Its not intended for long term use and I see it as a back up if other external focus and sensory techniques failed to work twice in any given environment.
Or maybe a therapy tool.

Looks like it could help us, esp B4 going into a situation that you know will trigger you ( the supermarket ..the beeping hell). The device sounds a bit like Nurosym, which does not have good reviews, but more marketing and a fat price!
From what Carl Beech says the neuro-scientists will be looking into how its use can be extended to other conditions, once they have a clearer indication of why it works, and how that mechanism can be further harnessed. Good news day!
