Good afternoon friends Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and keeping safe .
I so wish I could wake up one day feeling great instead of so tired dizzy and breathless, it's even difficult for me to put my head back and shave without going dizzy. I've got a number of hospital appointments next week for my breathing I'm so fed up .

Sounds like orthostatic issues/intolerance, vestibular problems, & possible cervical issues (which can sometimes actually cause/trigger/worsen both of them).
Littlecook I really hope they can figure out what's making you so dizzy and help with the other symptoms too. I would not assume you have FND because the majority of motion sensation conditions/symptoms are not psychiatric (although the side effects from some meds can cause psychological symptoms that can be mistaken for psychiatric symptoms although usually not by patients).
I wonder if it would be helpful for you to join the UK Life on the Level group if you haven't already done so. They have monthly meetings with guest experts who can try to answer your questions and a lot of the members say that being part of this group has really helped them since they don't feel so isolated. The meetings get recorded and people who have asked their family members to watch them say that has helped a lot too since it can be hard for our families to understand what we're dealing with so when they do it's easier for them to give us the support we need, especially on bad days.
