My meeting with my manager went better than I thought, my uniform is hung back in my wardrobe and keys hanging up she as no plans in getting rid of me yet the company is supporting me all the way .I've been told I can call in anytime for a chat and coffee and play games with the residents, everyone was very pleased to see me lots of hugs 🫂 . Its made me fell more positive.

Sounds like you have a sharp manager .. she's made it a win win situation for you , her , and the residents. Glad some good has come your way.
