I would dare say that most of our doctors have never seen such and are completely unaware.

HiI'm extremely interested aswell. That instant dismissal from ignorance, feeling of rejection is a real issue for most of us. Anything to help eradicate this attitude would be a blessing.

Hi, so an update as promised: This is the article but just an abstract, its not a free publication its behind a membership. Maybe another member has full access (and can screenshot it) 😉:
