Hi all Happy Easter. I was just wondering if anyone with FND suffers with shacking in sleep my wife tells me the bed moves it's just like I'm having a fit but I know nothing of this happing I just wake up very tired.

Please let me know we have told doctors but just says get your wife to video it but as soon as light went on I would wake up .

Sorry to hear of your circumstances Littlecook. Shaking is a very common symptom of FND .. by day and by night. For night shaking I was advised to do floor exercises in the day , mainly with my hips/legs to release the pent up anxious energy that makes us shake..and told the shaking is not harmful. Exercise may increase the day shaking, but reduce it by night...that was my experience. Best wishes for shake free sleep!
