Does anyone with FND feel that your head feels like it's not on your shoulders it's a strange feeling or should I say spaced out my wife asks me daily because of my eyes .I know things aren't right but getting a doctor to understand is very difficult most don't want to know .
Every day now I feel fed up and I'm useless to anyone it's so unfair.

I have the same episodes, sometimes feeling like spaced out, please don't feel useless, we all go through bad days, just try to be easy on yourself and spend loads of time resting instead of beating yourself that should help to improve your condition a little bit, we're being affected a lot by what's going on in our heads, and I know it's not easy, in fairness it's very hard but needs to be done if you want to improve
Hello Simona35Thank you for your reply, its most appreciated I'm beaten my self up daily because I can't work or claim anything like benefits I just want to get back to normal if only if I could go to work and not feel like a time bomb waiting for something to happen sorry I'm going on enjoy your Easter.
This is the best thing we can do to ourselves, there is very little or no help from medical professionals, we learn about FND and grow stronger together, people around us and groups like this are brilliant support, feel free to text me anytime. Have a wonderful Easter and mind yourself
