Yesterday I have 5 seizures all in the space of 2 hours, this is a first for me as I only have 1 every month or so. Is there any coping mechanism that I can try after the seizure has happened? Thank you

Have you been able to report this to your doctor? If they have other patients who have experienced a sudden hike in seizure levels, they may be able to advise about coping mechanisms afterwards. They may also be able to come up with suggestions to prevent more seizures.
