Unfortunately I have bad answer, since I have problems with muscles spasms sex became very painful. :/ Another story is relationship, I am 2 years after wedding and need to say that my husband took my condition on shoulders and is very supportive. I guess it depends on the person, some people don't want to be supportive or have anything to do with people with FND.
Terrible as a male I feel very little and rarely release thus I am not very interested.
