It’s really interesting as a lot of these exercises are very similar to what my speech and respiratory nurse gave me... I find yoga to hard due to the vertigo. Thank you for sharing this. I did have a laugh I’m probably half the age of some of them but I definitely feel older than them πŸ˜‰.

Hi there πŸ€—

Sure having a good laugh is what makes us stronger. πŸ˜Šβ˜ΊοΈπŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚ Yes yoga is very good but unfortunately there is a very large amount of us who an not do it as it be to painful trying to or we be left in very much pain afterwards. It's just like so'e would find going to a chiropractor helpful as where others would have to go on course of anti inflammatory medallion they be so inflamed, sore or have a massive flair up.

But very soft an warm towel massage and the likes of these simple techniques, an are bodies are happy an cause us not much pain for a while happy days πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ˜‡

I hope your enjoying your week dear friend a' wish you wellness, good health and happiness. πŸ€— Be well and keep strong. Ce. πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ™πŸ™

I was first referred to Tai Chi by a physical therapist. When I started, I was falling at least once a month, and could only do chair Tai Chi. Now I can do the whole Yang 108 form and I hardly ever fall. It has done more for my balance and overall health (including mental health) than anything else ever recommended by anybody; it's been the most valuable recommendation I've received thus far.
