Hi all, has anyone experienced really bad neck pain? I have an issue with the back of my neck/head feeling like it has been pulled so tight it will snap. This becomes worse after relapses but never really leaves. I still have the usual brain fog (and horrible hangover feeling after a relapse) but any suggestions on easing this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks, there is no physical tension as per the massage therapist ( I work with her so she knows everything I’ve been through). I will keep using magnesium. When I wake if the pressure is bad it usually means I’m going to have a relapse of some sort. I’ve learnt a lot of my triggers but this is my stumbling one as I can’t fix it...
Hi, I'd just thought id say that you are not the only one I also experience this. I have only been recently diagnosed and when I mentioned the neck pain they just seemed to take it as part and parcel of the FND. I can move my neck but for the last 3 months at least if I try and put my head back the pain is horrid and nothing seems to help. If you find anything that works I would be glad to hear it... willing to try anything at this point no1 wants to sort any treatment for the next 6 months (they seem to think it will just go away) eveything im trying is all home based. The only thing I know is that heat is good but very temp. I hope you find something that helps you.
