Does anyone have any ideas? Also I have tried various med to help with full body spasms /seizures, including Keppra, Valentin but nothing has worked and now not taking anything for this but having 20 to 30 each day, with lots of myooclonic jerks in between, any advice?????

Hi There. I suffer from full body spasms /seizures on top of constant jerks and other things. I'm on NO medication and do try and ride the spasms out although they give me a headache and leave me exhausted after 4 hours at a time. They have become less often ( however do tend to last longer) and I think it's due to listening to my body when I've pushed to hard, I've been attending crainial therapy sessions twice a week and have reflexology weekly too. No, it's not cheap but I decided as I'm not spending money on meds and will try alternative avenues as I'm not prepared to stay like this a moment longer than I have too. I really recommend the crainial what have you got to loose!? Good luck x
