Dear Sir/Madam,
Opinion Health is a healthcare research agency based in London, UK.
We are currently conducting a research study on cervical dystonia. This study is designed to provide a better understanding of the impact of cervical dystonia on people’s day-to-day living. Results of this study will be used to raise awareness, create educational materials, improve treatment options and ultimately help to better the lives of cervical dystonia patients across the UK.
We would like to invite people affected by cervical dystonia to participate in this research. More specifically, we hope to speak to patients who are currently receiving Botox or Dysport injections as part of their treatment.
How to participate:
This study is divided into two phases:
For the first phase, we would like to invite you to share your experience of cervical dystonia in a 60-minute online group discussion. The online discussion will look a lot like an internet chat room and everyone will be free to share their thoughts by typing into a textbox onscreen. You will be able to specify your preferred time for the online group discussion.
For the second phase, you will have access to a specifically created forum to continue your discussion about various aspects associated with cervical dystonia. The forum will be open to everyone for several days/weeks and you will have the freedom to drop by the forum any time you wish to join the discussion by posting messages.
As a token of appreciation for your help, you will receive £60 if you successfully complete both the group and the forum discussions.
Please follow the link below to register your interest by answering a few short profile questions and leave your preferred time for the group discussion:
