cant Sleep

My daughter was diagnosed several months ago after several seizure and fainting episodes. She is having huge problems sleeping. She has only slept 4 hours in the past 4 days. Is this a normal symptom. Can anyone give me advise on how to help her.

I use mindfulness that helps me to sleep, if you go on YouTube there is alot of mindfulness app to choose from

Hi

I have suffered with seizures and blackouts as part of my diagnosis. I rlly struggle to sleep. What helps me is some breathing and grounding exercises. After I have a seizure I hold on to the floor and do some breathing like I’m blowing out a candle.
