To Make You Laugh!

I have been reading so many posts that reflect difficulty, pain, fear and all the rest of it that comes with FND that I decided to share this post with you to hopefully make you laugh. Sometimes we just have to see the funny side of things.

I was in the kitchen trying to fill the kettle. I can't lift the kettle, carry it to the tap and fill it, it is just too heavy for me, not because it IS heavy but because I am so weak.

So.………...we have a plastic jug that takes...….....I don't know...……… a couple of litres of water, I use this to refill the kettle.

This particular day I picked up the jug which was only half full, filled the kettle, and went to put the jug back where it normally lives on the side, but this particular day, after my arm had reached out about half way back to the side, and to my surprize, my arm jerked back in the opposite direction and smacked me straight in the face, it hit my eye socket and cheek...………(go ahead and laugh, it must have looked funny, especially to those with a slightly warped sense of humour - like me!!!) I was left in shock, there was no warning, it just happened, needless to say, I now lift the jug with two hands so I don't give myself a blackeye!!! The joys of FND!!!!!!!!!!!
