Not everyone is as learned as you are. I would imagine that there are some CRPC men who are not aware that ARSIs might still be useful.

I didn't read anything above but there was one retrospective Taiwanese study which claimed that East Asians (like Taiwanese) have a great success on ADT drugs and Abiraterone than other ethnicities.
