For last few days I have experienced this mild pain / stabbing that seems internal from beyond the perineum.
I am currently on Apalutamide as a monotherapy with PSA undetectable last week.
see onco soon but wondered if anyone had any ideas?
Thanks

Hi Brysonal,
I haven't had that pain, but I have had testicular pain as my T starts to return on vacation... It feels like stabbing...
"How lovely !!! Someone took a stiletto to my sac..." a bit of humor for Sunday evening..
No increased or different exercise/ activities...??
Fish
Thanks Fish, it’s gone away atm- typical as soon as I mention it but was weird. No new exercise so unsure. I do have reappearance of fine chest hair ( I used to be really hairy) so maybe some T is coming back ( will ask about having it monitored). My red and white blood cells are back in normal zones for first time since I had my treatment pile on!
It wasn’t terrible more of an ouch what’s that when I sat down!
It took several months, but my anemia is gone also... Chest hair... likely a sign of T, and more to come... I monitor a number of sex hormones to see what role they play, and how changing them may effect time on vacation, and disease progress...
