Briefly though without studying your article.

MAOA is supposedly the “warrior “ gene.

So going on that it controls anger. I use kava kava root extract that I make myself whenever i start getting angry or frustrated or even sad, and great for anxiety block (think calculus tests). I take a dropper full in water as it is extracted in 95% alcohol. It is a miracle herb I swear by and have used for 30 years now. I am not talking about these BS kava drinks being sold.

Ok back to all your other articles!

how about nutmeg? I read somewhere that it is a MAOA and B inhibitor...trying to make good use of what is abundant in my kitchen!

well the good thing about mental health issues like anxiety, anger. Aggravated etc. you can certainly try your nutmeg and you will know if it works or not. The thing about herbs in the kitchen they should be the best you can get and fresh.
