Just saw this article. I know this is not a "gold Standard" study but when you realize you have been doing something for one reason and there is an unknown benefit, it just feels good. My doc at UChicago puts all patients on this for blood flow reasons and it does work. 20mg in AM and 20mg in PM. 100mg when you need it for other reasons. Who knew I might also live longer! Nice.

I'll be honest, I've never been convinced with how much Nitric Oxide is beneficial. It's true it's an effective dilator, but I think it's used temporarily in the body. I briefly researched this a while back and can remember Carbon Dioxide being the preferred choice (for the body, not for erections). Nitric Oxide is in city smog.
I'd be careful with the blue pills. Don't overdo the stated dose.. unless you want gangrene 😱
