hello All , in his book How not to die , page 252 , he writes : Based on the Harvard University prostate cancer progression and mortality data detailed above , egg and poultry may be the worse offenders : Patients may face twice the cancer progression risk from eating less than a single egg per day and up to quadruple the risk from eating less than a single serving of Chicken or turkey daily ." I just like to know why and what does poultry bring to the table that is hurting prostate cancer men . It seems that chicken is my go to food at a restaurant . I dont eat chicken daily . What gives . ?

I love the book! Dr. Greger is one of many doctors promoting a whole food plant base diet. If you want, check Dr. Barnard und Dr. Fuhrmann as well. According to them all animal products should be avoided. I‘m on this WFPLD since DXed and I‘m confident that it contributed to my current health status.

Could it possibly be due to additives used in the Ag business. We have unvaccinated chickens, fed non GMO feed along with free range time.

Eggs are high in choline. Poultry is high in arachidonic acid, which has been linked to prostate cancer development and progression. That could be the connection, but there's no strong evidence.
