There seems to be some reduction of most beneficial components due to roasting and heat and that green coffee is better. I often take a capsule of Green coffee bean extract and wash it down with a cup o' joe.

Along with aspirin, statins and plant stanols, I used to drink a couple of cups of black coffee a day and none of that prevented me from getting PCa. In fact, I have heard that Coffee is carcinogenic, so I stopped it all together when I was Dx. Just shows what I know!
