if psa result is 0.00 is this result from an uPSA or just a regular PSA test? perhaps an uPSA goes to 3 places to the right of the decimal?

Hi guys I was diagnosed with prostate cancer age 45 I had sceptics from biopsy and had radical prostectomy robotic surgery .my brother also got this horrible disease one year after.we was told my mum who had breast cancer passed the bracna game down to us.anyway I'm writing this because I'm now 4 years on after surgery and I have now got signs of an hernia.ive always had pain in my stomach especially if I lie on my side for a few minutes I remember the specialist saying common symptoms after are people developing hernias.I just wanted to see if there's any other people out there post surgery that have developed hernias ?
