So I was able to get a endoscopy and colonoscopy and I was amazed when they said nothing was wrong with my stomach but I was having low abdominal pain in the pelvic region and lower back pain. Can’t hold in pee for long and sometimes having to pee when there is nothing to pee. Also still have the testicle discomfort. Any advice would be very helpfully

I hope you continue to get some more tests by a Urological Specialist. It may be that you have something relatively minor and very treatable.

(At age 65 I relatively suddenly developed symptoms of extreme pain in my lower back at the L4-L5 vertebra position, and also lower abdominal pain on one side. At the time, I thought I might have pulled my back, and also developed a bowel block. When I went to the hospital for the pain, CT scans revealed numerous enlarged lymph nodes and apparent bone mets. A biopsy of a golf ball sized lymph node in my abdomen confirmed by pathology that I had Stage IV prostate cancer. The PSA test with a result of a ridiculously high 5,006 further confirmed it. So did a nuclear medicine bone scan that lighted up like a Christmas Tree. I was put on systemic treatment(s) immediately, and have fortunately survived 4 1/2 years, so far. )

In your shoes, I would consider seeing a top Urologist for further evaluation and testing.

If some prostate disease might later be found, begin consultations with a Radiation Oncologist, Medical Oncologist, etc. who specializes in prostate cancer.

Some of the possible Questions to Ask at this informative blog might be good to review and learn about in advance of any confirmed need.

Good Luck on your future exams!

That almost sounds like a bladder infection. Were you checked for one? Also, some medications will cause those symptoms.

Hi, I hope you've had more investigations. It sounds complicated. In fact you may have more than one problem. Some of it sounds like an infection. Some it sounds like a possible kidney involvement. Some it sounds like a spinal problem, I.e. a compressed nerve. Hope you find out soon
