Jakafi and night

Anyone else on Jakafi/ruxolitinib and have their head “racing” at bedtime? I guess sort of like you’ve had several cups of coffee and laid down to sleep.

I've not had any direct body effects from Rux. What is your dose? I am 10 BID. Any other meds (or grapefruit) that could be interacting?

Maybe you could try moving your doses, or night dose only, an hour or two earlier (with Dr approval) to check for any changes.

No other meds but aspirin daily. I take 10 morning and 5 evening, 15mg total daily. What’s BID? Thanks for the reply.

BID is a latin term they use for dosing, "twice a day". But with two different daily doses you would not use this term.

Not what you're looking for?
