Rituximab infusions & Vaccinations! ?

I recently had my 4th Rituximab infusion & afterwards was devastated to be advised by my Rhuematoid Nurse that because of it, I cannot have ANY vaccinations for 6 months from now! and I’m overdue my Flu & Covid jabs for the coming winter … does anyone else know this ???
