Sore Feet

Hello. Can someone possibly answer my question. I have sore feet, particularly in bed and early morning. I have to massage my feet in bed at night as they are so sore and keep me awake and early morning can not walk on them without pain for a while. They pretty much ache all day but more so the times I have mentioned. Can anyone relate to this at all ? I have been diagnosed with SLE previously but am not on any medication as an feeling ok apart from this. Any ideas ? Thanks so much.

Hi Llewelyn2405, I'm new here and have RA. My feet can give me the run around. I use Tylenol PM to reduce the pain and sleep. I usually works. Biofreeze helps sometimes and I have an appliance that keeps my toes separated - that helps.. Can't tuck the sheets in and sometimes my feet can't even be on the mattress (I hang em off the side). Did you find some answers?

Hi Jen made me laugh her feet giving her the run round. I can’t even stand on my toes.

My feet are very tender and I can’t stand the weight of the duvet on them. But for day to day I have orthopaedic shoes and trainers. They don’t look too bad and are reasonably comfortable

Well tell me what you find out! I ended up getting a pair of slip on memory foam "flip flop" things. They have a wide velcro adjustable band and they give me enormous relief. They are basically my house shoes and slippers. Sofft brand shoes are good for me. My son is an OTA and has further educated me on biofreeze: gel is better, rub it in gently - don't just paint it on, and the professional grade has more menthol and is exponentially better - and it is noticeable better. Again - let me know. Again - tell me what you find out!
