has anyone used the tenns machine??? and if so which one have you got? its a minefield of them out there and all different prices!!!

I have two Tens machines, at first they did help me,but not so much recently. I bought both of my tens machines from Lloyds chemists. I don't think I paid more than £20 for either of them.

I have had one for some years. It doesn't do anything for the pain I put down to fibro but does help the osteoarthritis in my lower spine and hips.

A friend of mine also with hip problems gets a lot of relief with it

Pain Management gave me mine and if I leave it on long enough it does help a little just like meds only takes the edge off

I tried one the pain clinic I was at let me borrow one to bring home with me made my muscles Go into even worse spasms so if I was you I would trial one out first before you waste your money
