Hi there, have you been diagnosed with Fibromaylia ? Like Dizzzy says no this is not a symptom. I would certaintly see your doctor for some advice now, take care.
I definitely can’t do that but I have a back problem. It might be worth seeing a physiotherapist. I certainly wouldn’t try to lift both legs without finding out first why you can’t. I do see lots of exercise apps popping up all over social media that make it look so easy and tempting you to do all kinds of activities that could do more harm than good. Take care. x
