Does anyone use a shakti mat? Thinking of getting one and wondering if it is good for fibro pain. Thanks

I know this as an acupressure mat 🙂 And yes, I use one. Once you’re on it, it’s great. But getting on and off is painful. Don’t bother buying an expensive branded one - just get a cheap one off Amazon!

Saw that a few months ago - sounded good to me at first, but then I read that it's no good if you have (hyper)sensitive skin, even the most subtle ones, so won't be good for me...
