How do they diagnose Fibromyalgia? Is there a particular test or is it judged by your symptoms???

There are no tests as such for fibromyalgia. As a general rule diagnosis of fibromyalgia is only given after all other possible causes for the symptoms have been ruled out. From memory it took my wife about 3 years to be diagnosed and slightly longer for myself.

I think it could be the physical examination by the Rheumatologist (various areas of pain / joints pain & symptoms ).

No defining blood tests as far as I am aware.
