Pranamat

Has anyone used a pranamat, if so your thoughts please?

I’d not heard of the mat, had to google it. I do have a massage seat which has a couple of different programs and a heat option. It can be very vigorous and I find wearing a padded gilet helps to make it more comfortable.

The pranamat is quite expensive, £105, but I reckon it would have a high resale value if you didn’t like it.
