Hi Sue - All I know about Pain Management Programme is that they help you manage your condition by exercises relaxation techniques althernative therapies etc. I will be attending it twice a week for 5 weeks. Have heard some good reports about it. Ask your GP to refer you. Good Luck!

see my blog posts. All info there was from my pain management course. They also talk about the drugs and suggest things like heat therapy. Ask your doctor to get you on one, it was really helpful.

The phsyioterrorists are so mean arnt they! lol

What kind of things are you doing? I find sitting down and getting back off a chair for a minute the worse!
