Not personally but I have a very good friend with alopecia and she gets her wigs on the NHS. I would imagine it's a bit of a lottery like everything else nhs related. I believe wigs are charged for generally but dependent upon income etc. Other treatments are available on the NHS but I presume it depends on the hospitals concerned and budgets.
