My GP recommended it for my husband in the form of a SAD lamp for his depression as he said the dark winter days can have a very bad effect on people who are suffering from depression. Many people with fibro have depression so it could help, I haven't tried it myself but always try to get outside for at least half an hour a day if I can. Hope others on the forum who have perhaps personally tried one come forward to help.x
