Skin problems are endemic in any low thyroid hormone condition.
Google Dr. Tom O'Bryan you can get lots on tube,, if you spend enough time listening eventually you will grasp the bigger picture about autoimune disease don't just apply the info to hashimotos!

Hi Ging - yes, as far as I know it is. I've been looking into thyroid problems a lot as I think many of my symptoms (ones the doc haven't been able to explain - including dry, chapped, itchy skin - plus the pain and fatigue) are due to thyroid problems. I'd recommend asking about this on the Thyroid UK forum here on Health Unlocked. They're very knowledgable about things like that over there and might be able to point you in the direction of something that will help.
