Not a good day pain wise, nothing seems to be helping me, plus

I'm being tormented by the thought of what kind of questions

I will be subjected to at my Tribrunal !! Any ideas ???

Claire your response of help too appreciated, l have, with the

advise of a friend who will represent me at my Tribrunal (been

there before) got an almost complete case. However as my post

suggest...can't help feeling anxious...but not on my own...
