I am so sorry to read that you are suffering in this way, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. It would be a good idea to discuss the problem with your GP first, just to rule anything else out and to keep your GP up to date with how you are getting on.

It may be an idea to soak your feet in warm water and maybe add an emollient in the meantime as this can help soothe some of the pain.
