They've stopped manufacturing it in the UK, but we're looking into what's happening. Watch this space. I'm trying to contact the company who make it, but so far without success - will let you know if I can source a supplier.

As far as I can remember it was taken off the market as it was highly addictive it was a wonderful migraine reliever tho

Ok guys, I checked this out with one of the pharmacies we use. It's independent so they're our go-to pharmacy to see what's happening if one of the chains claims they can't get something. Popped in and spoke to the pharmacist himself who'd had a meeting with their rep recently. Apparently the new company that bought the rights to manufacture Syndol initially had problems obtaining a licence to operate in the UK (the reason for the shortage last year). They currently have problems sourcing the vital ingredient that makes it so effective. The rep has assured the pharmacist that it will be available in the UK again but not until October/November. Not quite the news we were hoping for but better than the rumour mill that suggests it's being wiped off the face of the earth x
