I think it depends on the cause - your fertility specialist should be able to explain all your options though?

Hi. This all depends upon the cause. If you have not already seen one, then it might be an option to request an appointment to see a surgical andrologist. This person will be a specialist in male infertility problems, and can carry out scans, blood tests and biopsies to try and ascertain the cause. If the cause cannot be corrected, then there might be a possibility that some sperm might be found “trapped” in the tubes of your testicles and can be aspirated and used in infertility treatment.
