We have been asked by EUGIN Clinic to help with some market research to explore levels of awareness and perceptions of fertility treatment options.

Quite simply, this involves a short, on-ine questionnaire which should take 15-20 minutes to complete.

To be eligible to take part, you need to:

• Live in the UK

• Have previously tried IVF but been unsuccessful OR

• Are currently undergoing IVF treatment
