Looking for advice please canisflor or flora femme with / without optibac for woman and timing prior FET please💗

Hi all, I am looking for advice regarding vaginal probiotics please. Please can anyone advise whether canisflor or flora femme is better for vaginal pessaries prior to a FET? Also is it okay to use if you don’t know if you actually have any current BV or thrush issues? I have had thrush in the past but just want to try and cover it just in case after my recent losses😢.

Also when would be the best time to use these please prior to a FET? Also are the vaginal ones best to be used alone or with optibac vaginal, which I am currently taking everyday.

Hi Canisflor aren't available anymore. A good alternative I have found is called Biocare Intrafresh. You could use a canestan test which checks for thrush or BV to be sure. If no problems then one biocare per week for a month in the lead up to treatment. Good luck!
